   Within one business day: which size fits and a price, or a plain “not the right fit” with a pointer to someone better.

3. A short call, then a written quote

   If it fits, about twenty minutes on the phone, then a number and a scope in writing. Nothing is owed until you agree.

What to include

How many attorneys, and what kind of matters. Solo, small firm, or a mediation and collaborative practice. The three builds are genuinely different, and knowing which one you are saves us both a call.

What your current site is doing wrong, if you have one. A link is enough. I will look at it before I write back.

What you want a visitor to do when they land on the site. Call, email, book a consultation, fill in an intake form. That single answer shapes the whole build.

Rough timing. Whether this needs to launch before a specific date, or whether it is something you have been meaning to get to.
